About Me
Hello! I’m Michael, 39 years old, originally from a small town in West Texas. Growing up, I was always driven by big dreams and a strong work ethic. My 17-year oil and gas industry career taught me invaluable skills and the resilience to overcome challenges.
In 2019, I transitioned into sales, and that’s when I discovered my true passion: helping people achieve their financial goals. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with so many clients. They’ve opened up about their dreams. Some dream of building wealth through real estate investments, while others seek the ideal property to launch their business. That passion for helping people brought me to real estate in 2023. Now, as a commercial and residential Realtor, I’m proud to serve Lea County and Southeastern New Mexico. I am committed to turning those dreams into reality, one property at a time.
What excites me most is working with new business owners as they embark on their entrepreneurial journeys. Helping them navigate the dynamic world of commercial real estate—where every deal is unique—brings me immense joy. I aim to find the perfect property. I guide clients through the complexities of a deal. My goal is to make the entire process smooth, rewarding, and ultimately successful.
I started 3HS—The Three H’s—because I believe in always keeping our eyes on the Horizon. We should constantly strive to become 1% better than we were yesterday. It’s about creating a plan and following it to ensure that we don’t stray too far off the path. A goal that’s not written down is nothing more than an idea or dream. Putting it on paper with purpose and intent is the only way to turn those dreams into reality.
The Horizon represents our constant pursuit of growth. Homes are a powerful vehicle for financial independence; real estate is a great way to make that happen. I love educating others on investing and making their money work for them. I enjoy empowering clients to build wealth by helping them understand the long-term benefits of property ownership or guiding them through buying their first investment property.
